Massage bookings can be made direct through individual therapists booking links. Acupuncture bookings can be made using the Acupuncture Bookings tab on the main page.

If you need a massage to relax and unwind, our therapists provide  both Remedial and Relaxation massage.

Remedial Massage 1 Hour $120

 Remedial massage is a therapeutic treatment that helps relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery from injury or overuse. It can be beneficial for chronic pain, postural imbalances, headaches, and general stress relief. Regular sessions can also enhance mobility and support overall wellbeing.

Kazumi Uemura is our resident Naturopath and also provides massage for relaxation and general wellbeing . No Health fund rebates available.

Relaxation Massage 60 Minutes $90

Relaxation massage uses long soft strokes to create total relaxation.

• Reduced muscle tension and headache
• Relieve stress-related anxiety and nervous tension
