If you can’t find a time that suits you, or you have not received your confirmation e-mail (check your junk mail as well), please e-mail or give us a call and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Booking with other Therapists

To book in for Naturopathy , Cosmetic tattooing or Counselling services, please contact individual Practitioners or you can use their individual booking links  on their  profiles in the therapists tab.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy so please advise us 24 hours prior, or as soon as possible if you if you cannot attend or need to change your appointment. There is a booking cancellation link in the reminder notice, which you can use if you need to cancel your appointment. This is to help you avoid a cancellation fee. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given or the client doesn't show up for their pre-booked session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment will be applied. . This enables your time to be offered to someone else in need. Thanks for your respect and understanding.

Square payments are available in clinic for card transactions on Acupuncture and Chinese medicine services.

Cash accepted. Health fund rebates available on all Acupuncture Services.

Due to the current outbreak of Coronavirus, we are unable to treat clients with the following symptoms :

Fever ,Flu like symptoms, Cough, Sore throat ,Fatigue ,Shortness of breath. 

If you do have any of these symptoms, it is important that you contact your GP by phone and advise of your symptoms before attending an appointment. They will advise you on the necessary course of action. For severe symptoms, please call 000.
