If you can’t find a time that suits you, or you have not received your confirmation e-mail (check your junk mail as well), please e-mail or give us a call and will get back to you as soon as possible.

Booking with other Therapists

To book in for Naturopathy , Massage or Psychology services, please contact individual Practitioners using the phone numbers supplied in the Therapists  Bio section.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy so please advise us 24 hours prior, or as soon as possible if you if you cannot attend or need to change your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to someone in need or on a wait list. 

There is a booking cancellation link in the reminder notice, which you can use if you need to cancel your appointment. This is to help you avoid a cancellation fee. 

If less than 24 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked appointment will be applied. If a client does not show up for a booked appointment, full fees apply.

Square payments are available in clinic for card transactions on Acupuncture and Chinese medicine services.

Cash accepted. Health fund rebates available on all Acupuncture Services.
